University of Dundee – Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP)

[aún no traducida:] The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) of the University of Dundee is an internationally renowned and leading post-graduate school for interdisciplinary studies and research concerning law, policy and the governance of energy and natural resources, with a particular focus on oil and gas, and mining.

International initiatives and reform processes in these sectors -- professional training, capacity building and consultancy services -- also form part of the core work of the CEPMLP.

CEPMLP runs the only LL.M specifically focused on law, policy and the governance of mining and minerals. This was long-established more than twenty years ago. The approach to teaching and research is inter-disciplinary, and strongly grounded in international and comparative law.
